This cache is a 35mm film container with a log which has enough room to hold small trade items. The FTF Prize is my signature Path Tag. Access if from the SE side is easiest. ***update 05/25/11, replaced cache container. It is no longer a 35mm film container. Container is somewhat larger, about the size of a baseball***
The Legend of Zelda (Great Deku Tree) is the first cache in the Legend of Zelda series I am placing. Several more will follow in the next couple of months. Each cache will pay tribute to a area in the Zelda Universe.
In the opening scenes of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (TLoZ: OoT), The Great Deku Tree, the Guardian of the Forest, sends Link a Fairy to Lead him forth on a journey like no other. Not only does this quest encompass the various realms of Hyrule, but time itself!
We discover a short while later that the Great Deku Tree has become cursed. Link must enter the tree and defeat Queen Gohma to break this blight, after which he is rewarded with the Kokiri’s Emerald!
