A short trek across an island. Be careful of the tall grass hiding slight elevation changes.
A cache on an unnamed island in the Willamette River. Who gets to name islands anyway? A cache hidden deeper on the island than the others that are there. We hiked onto the island without a boat (not recommended) in July of '09 and unfortunately were caught by a storm. We tried to wait it out but it was not stopping. Needless to say we were soaked to the bone by the time we made it across the island and back to the mainland.
