This cache is a lock and lock box located near the end of the road. Congratulations Helaman - FTF
The cache started with some fishing tackle, travel bug, log book and pens. Nothing hard about this one it is located at the end of the Cedar Mountain Road. You can actually drive within 50 feet of the cache if you do not want to walk.
