The second of three sequential caches in Rocky Butte park. Take the path to the west, start with Give Your Heart, then Get The Ring, and and finally Tie The Knot.
While in a sequence, the caches do not have any linking elements, just individual caches that will take you around the park, off the path a little ways on each. These will be a challenge because the area is thick with tall, beautiful trees that make GPS readings a little scrambled. Use your geo-instincts and if you get within 30 ft, take a good look around.
This cache after muggled has been downsized, area for trinkets pretty minimal, but some are in there. Of the three, this one will take you the furthest off the path and encounter the most 'terrain.' It is in the most open area of the three, so your GPS readings should be better. The area has some weeds that can be prickly in the summer, so be careful for those.
The park closes at 10:30 pm. Some stealth is necessary as it is frequently visited by joggers and dog walkers, but children for the most part stay in the center areas. The path around the park is approximately one mile.
The names of the caches contain the hints. Enjoy the scenery, it is my favorite place in Dickinson.
