The "Quay" to this cache is to enjoy looking at all the boats.
Enthralled with moving to live near the ocean, we learned the correct pronunciation of quay is "key", although "qway" is acceptable.
This is a relatively high muggle area, so pretend you are a tourist and take photos of the boats or just sit and look at them for awhile.
Bring your own writing stick and please be careful handling the cammo. PLEASE DO NOT USE SHARP THINGS TO REMOVE THE CACHE FROM IT'S HIDING SPOT. The log is in a nano. Tweezers advised. Do not use the tweezers on the other part though!
