This is a simple cache located just of SR 60 in Perry County.
The phrase "blue water" means different things to different people. If you work in an industrial environment and the toilets get cleaned once per day, you get a different appreciation for the phrase. If you are familiar with the phrase "blue water" in the same context as I, then please say so.
