I`ve decided to take off the puzzle part of this cache so maybe more cachers will do it.
For this cache you will have to bring at least sixty four ounces of water to float your boats. Bringing double that is a good idea. There will be 3 boats, two of which will have the north and west coords. North equals the blue numbers but reverse. West equals red minus the black boat numbers. Black will have the combination for the lock.
Notice by the final stage an old stone bridge/culvert that used to be Skyline Dr.
