Geocache Description:

An easy, "drive to" cache located at a small turnaround/staging area just off Crean Hill Road.

Planted July 5th, 2009 by Mummabird and Chicken Little on our way home from camp.

This fork in the road is a gateway to Fairbank Lake (via a private landing and the local Resort and Marina) as well as Skill Lake (via a family tent and trailer park).
Many Fisherman use this small parking lot as a staging area to load/unload snowmobiles in winter to take advantage of hot fishing spots on adjacent Skill Lake.

The OFSC snowmobile trail crosses the road near the location of this cache as well.

There is a (free) public boat launch just beyond the tent and trailer park, beside the resort's beach.

Fairbank Lake is a spring fed body of water making it clear and cold.

The cache consists of a medium sized lock and lock which originally contained:

Logbook and mechanical pencil (to remain in cache)
Muggle cards
Packet of parsley seeds
Other little surprises!

Meant to provide a brief rest on your way to or from paradise to reflect on memories or what’s to come!
