JOE 87-13N Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

BriGuyNY: It saddens me greatly that I am left with no choice but to archive this cache. It quickly became one of my most successful hides, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading every log of travelers passing through the region. I used to work downtown and this was my exit, until I moved south in 2010. I let this cache remain active, so that it would gather enjoyment from all. The original container survived the change of seasons, decor, and even Hurricane Irene. I never had to do real maintenance on it, and once I noticed the DNF's begin, I knew this was in trouble. A big thanks to Oxy for replacing this not once, but twice in recent months, though I now firmly believe that this spot has been compromised by muggle authority as the replacements are now being snatched quicker than they're found.

Thanks to everyone who stopped and enjoyed this little micro at the Adirondack Gateway! We had a fantastic run, with 270 finds and 13 DNF's, though now it's time to rest in the archives. C'est la vie, et au revoir!
