Joseph Davis - The Fisherman Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

BarbershopDru: Pulled all my Joeseph Davis caches today. Now there are many acres of room for some new quality hides.
Thanks to the 182 cachers who found this over the past 5 years.
Even though this is marked as a "State Park", it is my belief that it is now owned and maintained by the city of Lewiston. No State Permit should be required.
But please double check with Sapience Trek before filling up the park.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to Joseph Davis State Park! This park is FREE…NO entry fee. You can drive to all of the parking areas by coming in from either River Road or Pletcher Road…your choice. I am your guide today to take you to 4 of the beautiful areas that this park has to offer. Nature trails, ponds, a fishing dock on the Niagara River and a 27 hole disc golf course. 358 acres of freedom in Niagara County.
The park is open from 8:00 am until dusk, so please, no night caching please.

Here we go to one of the unsung free treasures of the Niagara River. A beautiful fishing dock that I believe is handicap accessible!
Feel free to bring the kids, a pole, a picnic and enjoy this section of the park.

I’ve added parking coords to the lower parking area. You MUST drive into the park to get here, not directly off of River Road.

You are looking for a 12 oz. size Lock n Lock, so there will be room for a few trade items.
