This cache is not inside the fence so there is no need to try.

This cache is named for the two local business' that are located in this area. On weekends you will know that you are in the right area from the name. I gave this one a 4.5 difficulty due to the fact that I am not giving a hint. With no hint this may cause some people to become "Fed-up" with this cache. I may give this one a hint later, but for now if you can't find it email me and I will try to help you out. Enjoy and try not to get totally "Fed-up" with this one. Unfortunately the one business that gave this cache the Fed part of the name has now moved. You will now know you are in the right area if you find all the ups trucks.
