The Fortress KALAJA in Prizren:
This armoured place was first mentioned in the 6th century B.C. In the middleaged serbian empire there was a fortress. 1912 the fortress and the buildings where blasted. From the hills you will have a beautifull overfew over Prizren, and that is one of the reasons why so many people use the place as a tourist attraction.
Festung Kalaja in Prizren:
Der befestigte Platz wurde zum ersten Mal im 6. Jahrhundert v. Chr. erwähnt. Im mittelalterlichen serbischen Reich stand dort eine Festung. 1912 wurden Zitadelle und die Gebäude gesprengt und aufgegeben. Von hier aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt Prizren, und nicht nur deshalb wird der Ort oft als Ausflugsziel genutzt.
