Geocache Description:

I got the idea for this cache from finding one like it in Bamberg.

As an American I was always taught that Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone. But if you go to the Alt-Stadt of Gelnhausen Germany you will find a statue of Phillip Reis and on the statue it says he is the inventor of the telephone.
So who is correct????
