Log only Micro, bring your own pen

This should be a quick park and grab. I don't know why, but I was in the area one day and for some reason the thought of "Civic Duty" just came to me. After a quick detour off of the main road, another Cache was born. Could possible be a muggle or two so keep an eye out. Enjoy!
