Den unika kallkällan är belägen några kilometer sydost om Lomträsk, mellan inlandsbyarna Auktsjaur och Lomträsk.
De blågröna vattnet är iskallt och kristallklart. Vattnet som bubblar upp från botten påminner i färgen om det man ser på turistbroschyrer från söderhavet. Kallkällan är djup och med en omkrets runt 40-50 meter.
Ta gärna med er en picknickkorg, ha även bra skor på er som stövlar eller liknande. Kan även vara rätt mycket mygg så ta med myggmedel.
Går med skidor eller snöskoter att ta den på vintern men jag rekommenderar att ta den på sommarn eller hösten.
Ta inte ett dopp men smaka gärna på vattnet.

The unique "kallkällan" is situated a couple of kilometers southeast of Lomträsk, between the villages Auktsjaur and Lomträsk.
The bluegreen water is ice cold and crystalclear. The water looks like it´s boiling up on the surface, it´s color reminds you of the color of the water you´ll find in tourist brochures from the
South Pacific. "Kallkällan" is deep and has an area of about 40-50 meters.
Bring your picknick and be sure to wear good footwear like wellingtonboots. It could be a lot of mosquitos around this place so bring some mosquitoprotection.
You can take this cache during wintertime on skies or snowmobile but I recommend you to try your luck during summer or autumn.
Don´t jump into the water but you can taste it.
Kallkälla = big fresh water spring.
