This cache is off the beatten path. You will need to turn off Hwy 140 onto Heppsie Mt. road. Stay on main road, about 2/3 of the way up, the road makes a "Y". Plenty of room to park, cache is in ground cover about 30' off the road.
The road can be a bit rough but passenger cars should have no problems.
Be sure to go to the top for a great view, and the "Alta Vista" cache as well. Bring a pic-nic lunch and a camera. You may see deer, coyotes, bobcat and many other ground animals and birds (I've personally seen all of these on Heppsie Mt.).
Take your time and enjoy a little nature.
