WINTER UPDATE:
Please note that many of the Eastbourne Seafront caches may be covered when it snows.
This is the Mount where King Edward stood when he visited Eastbourne.
The Chalet where he stayed for the day is a short walk away on the Promenade to the south.
There is a lovely garden about 500ft to the west of this cache. Geocacher's often visit it on gusty days.
There is the large Hollywell Tea Rooms about 750ft to the south-west of this cache. This might be the ideal place to stop if you have just walked the full length of Eastbourne Seafront.
The Dotto Train begins its journey at the Hollywell Tea Rooms and will take you all the way along the Seafront.
