Geocache Description:

Located close to the former M&GNJR line from Dereham to Fakenham. Cache is a green test tube with log sheet and pencil.

The M&GNJR had a number of different routes across the county of Norfolk so many of them axed under Beeching in the 1960's. This line left Dereham and headed North towards Fakenham via Hoe, North Elmham and County School. This line is now under restoration by the Mid Norfolk Railway Preservation Trust which will one day see trains running along the 'ghost line' once again.
