easy cache and dash

I never know what I'll find while out caching.The gps said the cache was less than a quarter mile away but with no bridge here time to turn back. Heck no why not hide a cache while I'm here.These gauging stations are used to keep track of the waters heighth on many rivers around the country. And with Geo in their name it only seemed like the right thing to do.
