Here is a micro find with a nice view of the lake.
This cache is near a busy road where a lot of vehicles drive by. Park nearby on the East side of the way point. Parking should be available, be careful walking towards the cache site, there is a dropoff on the Lake side. The rating is due to the caution that should be exercised when walking along the road.
