Looks like the locals have fun with paint here!

Not sure what the exact meaning of these "picture rocks" are, but they are fun to look at. I suspect it changes frequently. Also a nice view of Lake Creek here as well.
If you have a camera, post a picture of the rocks so we can see how they change!
