This cache is placed at the Washington County Fairgrounds just off of State route 9 in Hurricane. The 2013 Fair will run from Wed Aug 7th to Sat Aug 10th. We hope to see everybody out at the fair. this cache is available year round.
The terrain is rated 1.5 due to the difficulty retrieving the cache by a person in a wheel chair.
