This cache is located off the trail along the canal. You will only get .12m from the cache before you have to go into the woods. this is not wheelchair accessable as you have to go through the woods to get to the cache. The cache itself is not hard to find, just getting there is the fun part.
This cache is not a golden ammo can anymore, that i received from the group after my 1000th find, so now i ask ya'll to go and visit and enjoy the cache. I have travelled this trail riding my bike for the past 2 years, and i have enjoyed the sites along the way of the canal and the river, this cache is located not far from the river, so enjoy the sites of the river after you have found the cache. I have gone on many long trips to find a cache, so it is my turn to have everyone else do the same. There are two locations that you can start from, either start at the Savannah River Pavilian(1.9m hike to cache) at the end of Evens to Locks Rd or you can start at the Augusta Water Works(1.6m hike to cache) at the end of Augusta Levee Rd, parking areas.
