Tag et lille hvil, inden du går over dæmningen
Rest a moment, before you go over the dam

Her mødes Sønder Havvej og Kalvøvej. Og fra bænken kan man fint bevare overblikket over det meste af havnen på Kalvø.

Den første dæmning/bro til Kalvø blev bygget under værftets storhedstid (1847 - 1860'erne). Den nuværende dæmning er bygget i 1939.


On this spot the two roads Sønder Havvej and Kalvøvej do meet. And from the bench you can see most of the port at Kalvø.

The first dam / bridge to Kalvø were built in the yard storhedstid (1847 - 1860). The current dam was built in 1939.
