The cache is a 35mm film pot at ground level.
Looking for a Rest Room (that's American for Lavatory)?
Then you can't find a better place than a little east of this car park.
Unless you are at the other end of Eastbourne, of course.
If so, then there probably several better places - like at the Bandstand or the Pier, perhaps.
In fact there are lots of Lavatories along Eastbourne Seafront so you will have several opportunites to have a 'Rest' along your way,
This Lavatory, like many of the others you will be passing, includes an Invalid Lavatory.
I guess that it wouldn't be appropriate to put your feet up if you have a 'Rest' here!
Ironically, the cache is unlikley to be reachable by wheelchair cachers because it is a ground level.
This area is likely to be Muggle Central in the Summer Months so the Additional Hint should make it an easy find.
PS: I have had to move this cache from it's intended location, just north of the kiosk near the lavatories, because it was only 0.109 Minutes west of the Wired In cache.
