Blame it on jasmerb (again) Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates but is less than 1 mile away

Since xmts received mixed reviews on his use of a satellite image for his Blame it on jasmerb cache, I thought I would try to correct this situation. Here are the numbers I saw when I looked at the image at the posted coordinates:
