The first stage brings you to the upper cemetary where you are looking for a small container with coords inside of it. There is also a letterbox about a foot away.
Grab the coords and go down to the lower cemetary where you will find the small cache. Please do not log this as found until you have gotten the final in the lower cemetary!
04/25/10 Update: The container went missing and the look-out is now blocked off by a new fence, so the final has been moved to another location within the lower cemetary.
