One day cache event that includes event caches, virtual caches, and traditional caches.
Event is Sept. 5, 2009. Event starting location is Riverside Park. Must be registered on geocaching.com to participate in the Murphysboro GeoBash event. Cachers can pick up event packets starting at 10 am, must return by 4 pm. Family picnic starts at 4:00, hot dogs will be provided. Prizes will be distributed at 4:30 pm. Cash prizes, door prizes, and FTF prizes will be offered. If cachers return by 4 pm with all caches found, they will be entered into a drawing for $100 cash prize. This is NOT a RACE! Goodie bags will be given away to the first 50 cachers who call 618-687-1727 to pre register for this event.
