Please be aware that there may be rattlesnakes in this area in the warmer months. Keep your eyes open. A hike from the parking lot of about a half mile. An uphill hike the last 30 yards to the cache. Please replace cache as found, with all supporting material in place.

Cannot see cache location from parking lot. Easiest way to access it is to get on the trail behind the rocks next to the boat ramp (go over side rail). Trail skirts around the hill and puts you into plain view of the rock formation. A nice little hike. Bring some water and camera.
In the winter you will not be able to access the park parking lot and will need to add an extra 1mile to the hike from point of gate closure. Be prepared to increase terrain difficulty to a 5 though. For the stout explorer only. Kids will not like this one in the winter. Hunters in the area in the fall.
