proves to be a failure.
The cache is located behind a bunch of buildings that have been
vacant for a long time. Many millions of dollars were spent
restoring and building this space. The tennants they were expecting
decided to open their stores down the road in Valley Square in
Warrington. Another BIG problem was that they built one building
specifically for a child care center, however it is too close to
the Bucks County Prision and local ordenince makes this illegal. On
the plus side for them is their one sole tennant.
The best approach to the cache is to park in front of Kohl's and
walk the 100 feet South. You'll find a small wooded area and you
are looking for a small lock-n-lock.
