Visit the Santa Fe Trail in Osage County. Ten Caches will be released for your enjoyment.
Spend a beautiful fall day exploring Osage County and the historic Santa Fe Trail. ExploreOsage and her team of cohorts have planned a most exciting trip. That entails an adventure like no other. The event coordinates will take you back in time on this particular day. Enter the Saloon to receive a list of coordinates and caches. For your enjoyment we have created a living history day. Spend time with an old time photographer, Civil War Doctor, Dog Soldiers, gun fighters and so much more.
Wet your appetite with:
Biscuits and Gravy served from a Chuck Wagon from 7:00-10:00am (free will donation)
10:30am a horse drawn parade will welcome you down Main Street of Overbrook Kansas.
Lunch is Ham and Beans(free will donation), BBQ or eat at the Mason's booth lunch is on your own.
Evening supper is a whole hog roast $6.50 beginning at 5:00pm with live entertainment at 7:00pm (Street Dance by Borderline)
This is a day to explore, socialize and experience great food and a historical encounter.
