Unless you have been living in Carrollton for 30 or 40 years you may not be aware of this place. In fact a good friend of mine proposed to his late wife at this location way back in 1939. I also used to spend time here back in the mid seventies hanging out with friends. Although the surroundings have changed considerably, the area itself has change little if at all. It is a great area to bring the kids to and as such I have packed the cache with items younger children will be interested in. Getting to the area requires a little bit of rock climbing but nothing my 5 year old grandson couldn’t handle with a little help. Also, it may be a good idea to have the kids wear old sneakers and clothing as they may get wet and dirty(mine lasted about 5 minutes). Please bring a trash bag for CITO to help keep this area clean. You are looking for an camouflaged plastic container laying on the ground. Don't think small. Look at the BIGGER picture.
Large parking lot is available at additional coordinates and this is definitely the best way to get to cache. Happy Hunting!
P.S. Bring your camera. Good photo opportunities
P.S.S With all the recent rain if stream is too high to cross you can come in from the other side by crossing over road bridge.
