The cache is not at the posted coordinates.



The listed coordinates are the starting point of a virtual journey that ends at the cache.  For the first part or leg of the journey you'll travel north, a given distance.  For the second leg of the journey you'll travel east, half the distance that you traveled on the first leg.  For the third leg of the journey you'll travel south, half the distance that you traveled on the previous leg.  You'll continue to travel on these legs until you're no longer traversing any measurable distance but are simply rotating in place.  Stop, you've arrived at the cache.  An interesting and important fact is that if you add up all the distances that you've traveled the total will be exactly 5 minutes.  Yes, the distances you travel on the legs of this virtual journey are to be measured in units of angular minutes.
