This replaces the cache "Discover Lincoln Park" that was archived, due to muggles.
Lincoln Park was part of a US Military Reserve. It was dedicated to public use in 1904. As you enter the park, there is a dedication marker on a large rock directly in front of your vehicle. The marker was erected by the Michael Trebert Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in 1932. Follow the roadway into the park, staying to your right until you see several buildings constructed of logs. The first building is the Rotary Log Cabin and the second larger building is a Traditional Indian Longhouse.
The park is open 5 AM until 11 PM and is free of charge. Lincoln Park is located on Lauridsen Boulevard. Two ponds are home to many different species of ducks and birds. Fishing is available for youth 14 years of age and younger. Please bring something to write with as the cache only contains a log! Enjoy your search!
