There is good parking next to the cache on a road not heavily traveled.
I changed the rating on this due to the fact that the Blackberrys have been cut back and the mechanism is broken. This cache is still accessible, but much easier now.
You will need to know what Frodo Baggins is taking on his journey! Once you know this, you will know what to look for!!
