This series of caches was originally placed by McKryton The series was archived when he was unable to maintain them. This series was too good to let die so we have resurrected it with some help from McKryton. Locations and cache descriptions are as original series.
This cache is one of six placed on a circular walk around Loch Brandy and contains the partial co-ordinates for a bonus cache (don't forget to write them down). The series is not for the faint hearted or physically unfit because the highest point of the wallk, at 870 metres (2854ft), is only fractionally short of Munro status.
The cache is located on the side of Glen Clova at the end of an initial steep climb, at a point where the terrain suddenly makes sense and the twin corries above are revealed. Congratulations, although it doesn't look like it, you have already completed half of the climbing required to reach the summit.
