This cache is located on the North Trail system of Manatee Springs
State Park. Located near Chiefland, Florida, the park is open from
8:00 AM until sundown 365 days a year. There is a park entrance fee
of $4.00 per person, or $6.00 per vehicle. Please obey all park
rules, and leave nothing but footprints.
The cache is a standard ammo can, camoflouge painted, with the
usual selection of swag, a log book, and a few starter trackables.
It is a pleasant 1 mile hike from the trailhead to the cache
location. Be sure to pick up a trail map at the trailhead, and
follow along the neat self-guided tour on your way to ground zero.
