Kfar Gibton, moshav that was created by workers that worked in Rehovot. With them was one that worked one of the first tractors in the orchards in and around the city. Gibton was founded as a part of the Settlement of a Thousand, that was created to create a belt of protection between the movavot and the surrounding Arab settlements. Gibton was a barrier between Rehovot and Zarnuga and Kubeba. Because of this, there were a security posts that are found today in the heart of Rehovot, which has grown since then. Close to this cache you can see the security house that was built in those days. The area close to it houses a memorial garden which holds one of the posts.
