The cache is named for an SNL character from years past. Julia Sweeny played the part of Pat in both SNL and the movie, It's Pat: The Movie, in the year Y.

Within very easy view from the listed coordinates, you will find a 4-digit number. Talking obvious here. Anyways this number is Z.
