In September 2007, Annabelle and I invited my parents to go
geocaching with us in the Gatineau Hills. I thought it would be
something they might enjoy, as they’ve skiied and biked many of the
trails in the area. We were happy that they seemed to enjoy finding
plastic and metal containers out in the woods, and wondered if they
would continue caching on their own. Well, not only have they
continued to cache, they’ve thrived and have made our caching
community a better one because of their involvement. With over 75
(and counting) caches placed in the Ottawa Region, they’ve
certainly added to the enjoyment of cachers in our area.
When placing this cache, I thought of creating a puzzle that
required the cacher to find an incredibly-specific, hard-to-find
website, but I concluded that Weathervane is the master of this
type of puzzle, so why mess with the master.

Congratulations on 2000 caches
Weathervane!!!

PS: This area might be developed in the near future, so go find it
while you can. By the time this area is developed though, I’m sure
Weathervane will be close to 3000, if not 4000 caches, just in time
for another milestone cache!
One more thing, don't forget your bug spray!!
