SideTracked - Sandbach Traditional Cache

A quick cache and grab next to Sandbach Railway Station.
We have Motorway Mayhem. We have A-Road Anarchy (cos there aren’t many Motorways in Wales!). But what about public transport users? SideTracked Caches are intended to provide quick Cache-and-dashes at Train Stations. SideTracked started at Evesham station on August 10th 2007, placed by schnarff & bikermel76.
Sandbach is a staffed railway station which has a ticket office and is open Monday - Saturday from 6am to 1pm.
Service
During the daytime on Monday to Saturday there are two trains per hour to Crewe southbound and two per hour to Manchester Piccadilly northbound. One journey goes via Stockport and the other via Manchester Airport. There is an hourly service during the evening in each direction via Stockport.
On Sundays there is a two-hourly service in each direction (via Stockport to Manchester Piccadilly northbound.) Services are operated by Northern Rail.
The cache
The cache is in a small tupperware box with a logbook also the cache is not placed at the railway station but in a small park opposite the station.
