Incantevole borgo di pescatori all'interno della città di Genova. Breve passeggiata con splendidi scorci (a tratti un po' ripida).

Boccadasse (Boca d'azë o Bocadâze in genovese) è un antico borgo marinaro ed una zona panoramica della città di Genova; è situato all'estremo lato orientale della passeggiata di corso Italia, la promenade dei genovesi, e vi si accede da via Aurora, una tipica "crêuza de mâ".
L'origine del nome è incerta: una delle teorie più accreditate fa derivare il nome del borgo dalla forma della piccola baia, Boccadasse è la contrazione di bocca (boca) d'asino (d'azë).

Boccadasse (Boccadaze in Genoese) is an old mariner's neighbourhood of the Italian city of Genoa. It lies at the eastern side of the Corso Italia stroll, the main sea front stroll of the city of Genoa, at the feet of Via Aurora a typical ligurian narrow street ("creuza").
The origin of the name is uncertain, one of the more reliable hypothesis is that the name comes from the form of the bay on which Boccadasse lies, thus the name should be the shortening of the Genoese for donkey's mouth Boca d'azë.
