Geocache Description:

A series of caches celebrating the views from the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

Caching takes all of us to beautiful locations we might not otherwise visit. We have placed this series to give cachers an excuse to stop and enjoy the views, which are particularly spectacular at sunset.

This cache can be found in Albalone Cove Shoreline Park. This pullout has several plaques with information about the Palos Verdes habitat, Catalina Island, and Portuguese Bend.

All parking pullouts are located on the ocean side of the road. Parking at the turnouts is prohibited between 10pm and 5am. The caches are all small magnetic Altoid containers painted to match their surroundings. Log only. BYOP.
