This is a fairly easy hike in the Cape Point Nature Reserve, mostly along a well marked and maintained trail.
Park at the first car park on your left about 800m from the main gate, S34° 16.020 E018° 27.845, and head South down the trail. At S34° 16.175 E018° 27.890 you will reach a junction. Bare right and continue along the main path.
At S34° 16.603 E018° 28.243 the path takes a turn to the right, around a large boulder. Here you will head off the main path and continue in a South Easterly direction working your way over the rocks, there is a fairly easy route to follow which winds it's way up and over the rise. At S34° 16.623 E018° 28.267 you will cross the top of a narrow gorge and the path will become much more defined with several cairns to mark the way. Continue along the path as it winds its way to the summit.
The cache is about 20m North of the large cairn which marks the summit.
