Enter the enemy base (also known as West Marsh Lake Park), locate the hidden supply container, record your codename in the logbook, and escape the base without being seen. It is CRITICAL that the supply container is not discovered by enemy agents, and that it remains in place as long as possible. This is vital. Also, the supply container is in a location prime for watching the enemy and determining their plans.
