The Hickory Grove School, a one-room school built over a hundred years ago, was located at the site of this cache. After a gentleman who's father attended school here and owns the painting shared the history of the location we decided this was the perfect place for a cache. The smaller picture is a photograph of the actual building while it was still standing. After it was no longer used as a school, it was put to use as a barn then finally torn down.
This is a log only cache so please bring your own pen. You won’t need any “book learning” to find the cache just an inquisitive mind.
There is a FTF prize included in the cache.
