Located on China Creek Ski trails. Two ways to get there if you know how.
This is one way to get to this little sweet spot.
When driving through Princeton cross the old wooden bridge and turn left towards Coalmont and Tulameen. Drive on the Tulameen Road for about 10kms then turn right onto Connaly Creek Road. Not sure if logging trucks use this during the week so be very cautious while driving up this road. It was an active logging road. The day we went up was a Saturday and there was nobody else on it. Nice peaceful drive.
Follow the road up for about 14kms. Your GPS will be your guide to a fantastic location with an awesome Westerly view.
Elevation at the cache site is 4667ft.
Bring a friend or loved one and spend a few minutes or even hours enjoying the view and looking for the cache. You won't be disappointed with this cache.
You can even have a fire in the stove that is at this shelter. But only if the fire danger is low.
There is limited access to this cache in winter months, unless you are into cross country skiing or snowmobiling.
I hope you enjoy the hunt!
