Gisundbrua ble ferdigstilt 23. juni 1972, den er 1146 meter lang og forbinder Senja, norges nest største øy med fastlandet.
Åpningen ble foretatt av daværende Kronprins Harald.

In june 1972 the Gisundbridge was opened by King Harald.
The bridge connects Senja to the mainland.
