Geocache Description:

An interesting length of unclassified road which can be used as a circular route either on foot or mountain bike.

Another bike friendly cache from the first Trailquest (mountain bike orienteering) event organisers in the south east.
We discovered this on a night time ride and wanted others to discover the delights of this ancient track. Parking is easy at N 50' 59.973 E 000' 52.690 next to a gigantic aircraft navigation beacon. The track runs to N 51' 0.436 E 000' 54.011 which is near a pleasant watering hole in Ivychurch. The views from the cache are magnificent and include the nearby new wind farm. The start of the track from the beacon end looks tatty but don't be fooled! The cache contains a couple of useful bike items, try to replace with further small bike items, now there's a challenge in itself!!
