Of course, it's NOT really Mickey Mouse's House; that's 400 miles southeast of here. Many years ago, when my daughter went on a preschool field trip, and passed by this structure, one of the teachers told the kids that the famous mouse lives here. As a result, our family has used this moniker ever since.
The structure was built in 1924 as a sales office for the country club real estate development. Real estate marketing has come a long way in the last 85 years!
The cache is small, so please bring a pen. There's $1 for the first to find. As long as the cache stays where it was placed, there's no need to disturb any vegetation.
